摘 要:北京新机场航站区由航站楼中心区、指廊、登机桥、综合服务中心和高架桥等建筑组成,各建筑区域的结构特点、基础形式、基底标高、地质条件等差异较大,设计复杂程度高,施工难度大。通过勘察过程跟踪、勘察成果分析、基桩承载力计算大数据统计、试验桩工程、数值分析等,针对各建筑区域荷载和岩土工程条件,采取不同桩径、桩长的桩基设计方案,并根据变形协调计算成果和施工相互影响分析,进行桩基平面布置设计。工程检验桩数据的分析验证了桩基设计是合理的。The Terminal Area of Beijing New Airport consists of the central area of terminal building,corridor,boarding bridge,integrated service center,viaducts and other buildings. The structural characteristic,foundation forms,foundation bottom elevation,geological conditions and other factors are quite different,so the design complexity is high and the construction process is difficult. By the investigation process tracking,the analysis of the survey results,large data statistics for carrying capacity calculation of pile foundation,test pile engineering and numerical analysis,the design schemes of pile foundation with different pile diameters and pile lengths were adopted considering the load and geotechnical conditions of each building area,and the layout design of pile foundation was carried out based on the results of deformation coordination calculation and the analysis of construction interaction. The analysis of engineering test pile data verifies that the design of pile foundation is reasonable.
