摘  要:文章以餐厨垃圾、牛粪和园林废弃物为发酵原料进行发酵,研究原料配比、接种比和温度单因素条件对混合原料厌氧发酵产甲烷的影响;利用正交实验,研究以上因素对混合原料发酵产气特性及甲烷产量的影响,实验以挥发性脂肪酸、氨氮浓度和辅酶F420为指标;借助SPSS软件对部分正交实验数据进行回归分析评价以测试验值并预测在发酵过程中未测量天数的值。结论如下:正交实验结果分析显示影响因子主次顺序为:混合原料TS之比>预处理氨水浓度(%)>温度(℃)>接种率(%)。混合原料厌氧发酵产沼气最优化条件组合是:混合原料(T餐厨垃圾∶T牛粪=2∶1)和园林垃圾TS之比3∶1+预处理氨水浓度2%+温度45℃+接种率20%。对实验组Z4和Z5沼气日产气量回归分析显示,三次函数的R2统计量值分别为0.933和0.916,回归性较好,并且通过回归方程y1和y2可以预测未检测的实验值。The effects of raw material mixing ratio,inoculation ratio,and temperature on the anaerobic fermentation of mixed raw materials were investigated adopting orthogonal experiment with volatile fatty acids,ammonia nitrogen concentration and coenzyme F420 as indexes. The SPSS software was used for regression analysis and predicting the value of unmeasured days during the fermentation process. The results showed that,the primary and secondary order of influence factors was: the TS ratio of the mixed raw material ammonia concentration in pretreatment(%) temperature(℃) inoculation rate(%). The optimal combined condition was: the TS ratio of 3∶ 1 of mixed raw materials(food waste∶ cow manure = 2∶ 1) and the garden rubbish + pretreatment with ammonia concentration of 2% + 45 ℃ temperature + inoculation rate of 20%. Regression analysis of biogas daily production of Z4 and Z5 groups showed that the R2 statistics of the cubic function was 0. 933 and 0.916,respectively. The values of unmeasured days could be predicted by the regression equations y1 and y2.
