摘  要:文章使用SolidWorks设计了一种螺旋挤压式固液分离机,对进料系统、卸料系统、滤网、螺旋绞龙等进行创新设计,并加入了PLC控制器和传感器,对整机的电控系统进行闭环控制。样机制作完成后在养牛场进行了试验验证,各项指标均达到或超过现有固液分离机的水平。结果表明:该机具有进料效果好、不堵塞,PLC智能控制、操作简便、可通过更换不同间隙的滤网从而用于不同的畜禽粪便、易损件更换方便、固液分离率高等优点,适合各种畜禽养殖场的使用。A screw extruded solid-liquid separator was designed by using Solid Works. Its feeding system,discharging system,the filter screen,the screw,etc,were innovatively designed,and the PLC controller and sensor were added for closed-loop control. The test verification of prototype was carried out in a cattle farm. The result showed that all the indicators reached or exceeded the level of present solid-liquid separators. The designed separator was in advantages of good feeding,no blockage,PLC intelligent control,easy operation,and could be used for different livestock manure or poultry manure by changing the filter with different mesh,easy replacement of wearing parts,high solid-liquid separation rate.
