摘  要:基于某水泥余热集成利用技术平台,对新型菱形布置受热面作为余热锅炉过热器时的吸热偏差进行计算和分析,受热面热负荷不均是产生热偏差的主要因素。本文提出了等效吸热不均系数的概念,给出了一种受热面布置与烟气流向呈一定角度时计算吸热不均系数的数学方法,并以试验结果验证其可靠性。菱形受热面的管束布置形式可合理有效利用热能,吸热偏差为0.82~1.07,与顺排布置受热面相比体现了非常好的吸热均匀性,对于减小热偏差有较好的结构优势。The thermal deviation of a novel heat transfer surface is calculated and analyzed in a waste heat recovery boiler of a cement plant, where the heat transfer surface is used as the super heater. Uneven thermal load distribution is the main factor giving rise to thermal deviation.Equivalent coefficient of heat absorption deviation is proposed, and a mathematical method is given for calculating the thermal deviation coefficient when the tube bank has an angle with the gas flow. The results are compared with the experimental data, and a good agreement is achieved. It is proved that the special tube arrangement can efficiently utilize the thermal energy, with a low thermal deviation compared with the aligned tube arrangement. Coefficient of heat absorption deviation lies between 0.82 and 1.07, showing very good thermal uniformity as well as structural advantage.
