摘  要:介绍了AICD智能控水阀的稳油控水基本原理,采用了室内实验测试手段模拟定流量生产,完成了4种粘度白油不同流量下的节流性能测试实验及不同含水率条件下不同流量的节流性能测试实验。实验结果表明,AICD智能控水阀对流体粘度敏感,相同流量下,实验流体粘度越高,产生的附加压降越高,越能够自动进行流量控制,从而达到稳油控水的目的。The production stabilization and water-cut control fundamental principles of AICD intelligent water control valve were introduced. Indoor experiments were carried out to simulate the constant-flowrate production, and throttling performance tests under the circumstances of white oils with four different viscosities and flow rates were performed under different water cuts and flowrates. Testing results show that the AICD intelligent water control valve is sensitive to fluid viscosity. With the same flow rate, the higher testing fluid viscosity causes higher additional pressure drop, leading to the auto- matic flow control, and thus achieving the goal of production stabilization and water-cut control.
