摘 要:正丁醛作为丁辛醇装置的中间产物,拥有丰富的原料来源。以正丁醛歧化酯化法合成丁酸丁酯的工艺路线为研究对象,对催化剂体系、反应条件等进行了优化,使反应转化率达到92%,以上,选择性超过85%,。最后,结合小试研究成果,制定了一套中试装置产品分离精制方案,为正丁醛一步法生产丁酸丁酯的工业化提供了理论依据和研究基础。As an intermediate product of OXO plants, n-butyraldehyde has abundant source of raw materials. The synthe- sis of butyl butyrate was studied by disproportionation of n-butyraldehyde. The catalyst system and reaction conditions were optimized. Then, a conversion ratio over 92% and a selectivity more than 85% were achieved. Finally, according to these results, a pilot separation program for butyraldehyde was developed, which would provide a theoretical guidance and re- search basis for the industrialization of butyl butyrate production by a one-step procedure.
