摘　　要：本研究关注以"两田制"为特征的农村地权制度安排对征地补偿款分配产生的影响。以冀东S市农村为例,在"两田制"制度安排下,存在与地权制度相联系的三类不同的土地收益权——源于农地集体所有制的集体收益权、源于家庭承包经营的家庭承包农户收益权和源于其他方式承包经营的非家庭承包农户收益权。在土地征收过程中,这三种土地收益权造成了村集体、家庭承包户以及非家庭承包户分别成为征地补偿款分配对象且获得相差巨大的分配份额。This study concentrates on the consequences how the ＂two-field＂ land system conducts on the allocation of land requisition compensation. It is＂two-field＂ land system commonly used by local villages in the agricultural land contracting and agricultural production in B Town of S City,Hebei Province.With the Urbanization and industrialization,large-scale land requisition has been started here. According to the Property Right Theory on rural land property system,there are three kinds of Land Income Right Collective Land Income Right which come from Collective Land Ownership System, Household Land Income Right which come from Household Contractual Management System,Farmer （non-Household Contractual Management） Land Income Right which come from Professional Contract Management System. The differentiation of the three kinds of Land Income Right courses the huge gaps between the Collective,the Household and the Farmer（non- Household Contractual Management） on the acquisition of land requisition compensation.
