摘　　要：中国式产能过剩成为影响中国经济持续发展的一个重要阻碍。本文通过对中国式产能过剩的形成机制进行分析认为不规范的市场环境和市场本身存在的缺陷是导致中国式产能过剩形成的原因。最后提出通过建立完善的市场机制利用产业升级和有效的分工协调机制可以解决产能过剩问题。China＇s overcapacity has become an important obstacle to the sustainable development of China＇s economy. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of Chinese overcapacity, and thinks that the irregular market environment and the defects of the market itself are the causes of the formation of overcapacity in China. Finally, through the establishment of a sound market mechanism to use industrial upgrading and effective division of labor coordination mechanism can solve the problem of excess capacity.
