摘  要:模块化多电平换流阀运行试验装置的参数设计和控制策略制定,需要研究试验电路的暂态特性。建立了H桥型运行试验电路的小信号模型,证明了试验电路是全局渐进稳定的,试验回路中可以产生稳定的交、直流电流,从而等效复现换流阀的实际运行应力。从调节时间、超调量等特性指标分析了试验电路的暂态特性。证明了试验回路呈欠阻尼特性,暂态性能不佳,且实际运行时还可能出现振荡。提出了一种附加虚拟电阻的暂态特性改善方法,实际的运行试验证明了对试验拓扑电路特性分析的正确性和所提出的暂态特性改善方法的有效性。In order to fulfill parameter calculation and control strategy design of operational test equipment of modular multi-level converter valves, a study of its transient characteristics is necessary. In this paper, a small signal model of H-bridge operational test circuit was established, and its global asymptotical stability was proved. Steady AC and DC currents would be generated in the test circuit, equivalently reproducing actual operating stresses on converter valves. Transient characteristics of the test circuit was analyzed from perspective of indicators such as settling time and maximum overshoot. It was proved that the test circuit presented under-damping characteristics, its transient performance was not satisfactory, and oscillation might occur in actual operation. An additional "virtual resistance" control method was proposed for improving the transient characteristics. Finally, test results confirmed validity of the analysis and effectiveness of the proposed transient characteristics improvement method.
