摘 要:提出了配电网供电能力分布的定义、指标和计算方法,解决了现有最大供电能力TSC没有完整描述不同负荷分布下系统能力范围的问题。首先,提出了安全边界供电能力(boundary supply capability,BSC)的定义,BSC定义为配电网安全域边界上某工作点的负荷之和,反映了该工作点的效率;所有边界工作点的BSC构成了配电网供电能力的分布,称为BSC分布,TSC是BSC分布中取极大值的部分。其次,提出了计算BSC分布的抽样算法,通过抽样得到能够完整描述安全边界的点集,再计算所有工作点的BSC值得到抽样BSC分布。再次,进一步加工分析:按BSC大小排序得到BSC排序曲线;统计得到BSC占比图;按BSC值乘占比后求和得到BSC均值,BSC均值比TSC值更综合反映了配电网供电能力。最后,通过算例验了所提概念及方法,并初步探讨了BSC不同的原因。首次探讨了配电网在不同负荷分布下的供电能力分布问题,提出的BSC比TSC更全面地反映了电网效率,为智能配电网规划方案选取提供了更精准参考依据。This paper proposed definition, indices and algorithm of supply capability distribution of distribution system. It solves the problem that total supply capability(TSC) is unable to describe supply capability under different load distributions completely. Firstly, concept of boundary supply capability(BSC) was presented, defined as total load of an operating point on security boundary, reflecting efficiency of distribution system at the state. Boundary supply capability distribution(BSC distribution) consisted of BSC of all operating points on security boundary, while TSC was the maximum of BSC. Secondly, a sampling method was proposed to calculate BSC distribution. A set of operating points describing security boundary completely was obtained, and the BSC was computed, thus BSC distribution was received. Thirdly, sampling results were analyzed. Curve of sorted BSC was obtained with BSC distribution; and BSC proportion was investigated by statistics. Furthermore, BSC mean was computed, reflecting supply capability more comprehensively than TSC. Finally, calculation results of test cases demonstrated significance and effectiveness of the proposed concept and method; and reasons of different BSC for the test cases were also analyzed. This paper studied BSC distribution under different load distributions for the first time. BSC distribution reflects efficiency of distribution system more synthetically than TSC and provides more accurate reference for smart distribution network planning.
