泛发性肥厚性扁平苔藓1例

摘　　要：患者男,59岁,全身起皮疹伴瘙痒3个月。查体:全身泛发性肥厚性增殖性斑块,部分呈疣状外观,表面覆有白色鳞屑,不易刮除,龟头可见一暗紫红色斑片,两侧口腔颊黏膜可见暗紫色斑片,两手掌、足底可见散在分布黄色角化性斑块。皮肤组织病理提示为扁平苔藓。诊断:泛发性肥厚性扁平苔藓。患者既往规律抗结核治疗7个月,停用抗结核药物后皮疹减轻,考虑可能与抗结核药物有关。A 59-year-old male patient presented with skin rash accompanied with itching for three months. Dermatolo- gist physical examination： generalized hypertrophic proliferative plaques could be seen over the body; Part were verrucous appearance; The surface covered with white scales, but not easy to scrape. Dark purple pat- ches could be seen on the glans and both sides of the buccal mucnsa, while yellow keratotic plaque were scattered on the pahns and planta pedis. Histopathological examination showed lichen planus. Generalized hypertrophic lichen planus was diagnosed. The patient had been diagnosed with tuberculosis and treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs for seven months. The rash relieved after the anti-tuberculosis drugs were stopped. The generalized hypertropic lichen planus is considered correlated with anti-tuberculosis drugs.
