摘　　要：对比TN系统故障的系统特征与风险,结合现行规范分别从变压器中性点接地与TN-C-S系统重复接地点处详细介绍施工质量通病、存在的技术缺陷与安全隐患,结合技术分析与工程实践给出正确的技术措施与管理措施。By comparing the system characteristics and failure risks of the missing of the TN system, a detailed description of the common construction quality problems, the existing technical defects and security risks of the transformer neutral-point earthing and TN - C - S system multiple erathing point is presented combined with the current norms, and correct technical measures and management measures are giveh based on technical analysis and engineering practice.
