摘  要:介绍了两种高频信号注入法的应用场合,分析了二者转子位置检测的原理,指出了二者的不同与实现技术的关键,通过仿真和实验的对比结果表明两种方法都能在低速下有效地实现转子位置的自检测,不依赖电机的参数与工况,具有较强的鲁棒性。采用旋转高频电压信号注入法的系统,难点在于对不同速度下对转子位置估算角进行补偿,结构虽然复杂,但易于实现与调试。采用脉振高频电压信号注入法的调速系统结构简单,但对调节器参数敏感,如何根据系统参数整定调节器参数是该系统实现的关键。The applications of two kinds of high frequency signal injection methods are presented. The principle of the rotor position detection of the two methods is analyzed. The difference and the key of implementation technology are pointed out. The difficulty of the system using rotating high frequency voltage signal injection method is to compensate the angle of rotor position estimation under different speeds. Although the structure is complicated, it is easy to implement and debug. The structure of the system using pulsating high frequency voltage signal injection method is easy, but it is very sensitive to the controller parameters. The key to realize the system is to set the controller parameters according to the system parameters.
