器外硫化态裂解汽油二段LY-9802催化剂的工业应用

摘　　要：2015年,器外预硫化态LY-9802催化剂在国内大型合资化工企业首次实现工业应用,活化过程较器内硫化时间缩短了近50%。装置前5个月的运行情况表明,在入口温度230~240℃,压力2.6 MPa,进料量47~53 t/h的条件下,加氢产品硫含量<0.5 mg/kg,溴价<0.05 g Br/100 g,均满足装置控制指标。In 2015, the first industrial application of ex-situ presulfided catalyst LY-9802 in a domestic large-scale joint venture was realized, the activation time was shortened by nearly 50%. Running situation of the device in the first 5 months showed that, under the conditions of the entrance temperature 230-240 ℃, pressure 2.6 MPa and feeding amount 47-53 t/h, sulfur content of hydrogenation product was less than 0.5 mg/kg, bromine value was less than 0.05 g Br/100 g, meeting the control target of device.
