摘 要:乳酸纯化后合成聚乳酸(PLA);采用乙二醇对PLA端基进行化学修饰,合成了医用可降解端羟基聚乳酸(PLA-OH),其结构和性能经1H NMR,IR,GPC和TGA表征。通过3D打印技术,设计成型了PLA-OH胆道支架(1),并研究了1的降解行为。结果表明:处理温度为90℃,处理时间为40 min时,乳酸纯度达最大值99%;PLA-OH的Mw/Mn为1.3,分子量分布较窄;PLA-OH热稳定性较好,T5%为240℃;1降解性能良好,在PBS缓冲液中降解11 w,残余量为20.8%。Polylactic acid(PLA) was synthesized from purified lactic acid. Medical degradable poly- lactic acid with hydroxyl end group (PLA-OH) was obtained via chemical modification of end group in glycol. The structure and properties were characterized by 1H NMR, IR, GPC and TGA. PLA-OH bil- iary stent( 1 ) was designed and prepared by 3D printing technology and the degradation behavior was observed. The results showed that purity of lactic acid was 99% when processing temperature and time were 90℃ and 40 rain, respectively. The Mw/Mn of PLA-OH was 1.3 and molecular weight distribu- tion was narrow. PLA-OH exhibited good thermal satability with T5% of 240℃. 1 demonstrated good degradability with residual volume of 20.8 % after degradating in PBS buffer solution for eleven weeks.
