摘 要:采用核壳乳液聚合法,制备了乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)改性的St/BA/AA三元共聚乳液,其结构经FT-IR确证。研究了VTES用量、乳化剂用量及配比和引发剂用量对单体转化率和粒径的影响。结果表明:在最优条件[48%St,48%BA,4%AA,1%N-MA,4%VTES,8%乳化剂(OP-10/SDS=1/3),0.8%引发剂]下,单体转化率为95.8%,平均粒径242 nm。并研究了改性St/BA/AA乳胶膜(1)的耐溶剂性和铅笔硬度。结果表明:1具有良好的耐溶剂性,铅笔硬度为2H。The organic siloxane modified ST/BA/AA ternary copolymerized emulsion was prepared by core-shell emulsion polymerization. The structure was confirmed by FT-IR. The effects of dosage of vinyl triethoxy silane, initiator and emulsifier (ratio) on monomer conversion and particle size were investigated. The results indicated that the monomer conversion was 95.8% and average particle size was 242 nm, under the optimized reaction conditions [ 48% St, 48% BA, 4% AA, 1% N-MA, 4% VTES, 8% emulsion ( OP-10/SDS = 1/3) , 0.8% initiator]. The solvent resistance and pencil hardness of modified St/BA/AA emulsion thin film(l) were studied. The results showed that 1 exhibited good solvent resistance and pencil hardness was 2H.
