摘　　要：Safill超薄挠性铝基板不仅具有很好挠性,而且还具有良好的导热性能,能承受住30k V高压测试,且在118℃的温度寿命长达60万小时而绝缘强度只降到初始值的一半,完全适合于大功率LED组件安装。In this text we introduced a kind aluminum based substrates. This kind of aluminum based substrates possessed flexible and twistable functions, and kept its excellent electric function in 118 high temperature for 60000 hr; and could bear 30 kV high voltage test, which is suitable for high power LED component completely.
