高脚竞速运动发展研究——以四川民族学院体育系为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料、观察、访谈和问卷调查等方法,对四川民族学院体育系高脚竞速的教学、训练和比赛等方面展开研究。结果认为:(1)高脚竞速运动在四川民族学院已初步形成了以教学、训练和比赛"三维一体"相结合的模式,其中,高脚竞速比赛成绩斐然;(2)初学者心理障碍明显,提高期受伤现象突出;(3)针对高脚竞速运动普遍存在"有比赛就重要,无比赛就不要"的现象,以及训练方法缺乏创新、中青年专业教师缺乏、设备器材更新迟缓等问题,提出:(1)加大高脚竞速运动的宣传与推广力度;(2)加强专业师资队伍建设;(3)强化器材保障工作,确保教学与训练安全等,以期为实现高脚竞速运动广泛参与目标,使教学专业化、规范化,为高脚竞速运动在我省地方高校的可持续发展提供参考。The use of literature, observation, interview and questionnaire survey methods, the Physical Education Department of Sichuan University for Nationalities stiltscompetitivespeed teaching research, training and other aspects of the game. The results show that： （1） high foot racing sport at the Sichuan University for Nationalities has formed a teaching, training and competition ＂three in one＂ model of combining the high foot racing success; （2） significantly improve psychological barrier for beginners, frequent injuries; （3） for high foot racing sports widespread ＂game is important, no game is not ＇phenomenon, and the lack of innovation in the training method, young teachers lack of equipment, slow updating. Questions： （1） proposed to increase the stiltscompetitivespeed publicity and promotion campaign; （2） to strengthen the construction of professional teachers; （3） to strengthen the equipment security work, to ensure the safety of teaching and training, in order to achieve high foot racing sports participation goal, teaching specialization, standardization, in order to provide reference for the feet racing movement of sustainable development in local colleges and universities in our province.
