摘  要:加快培养群众新型的体育消费观念,是推动和落实全民健身国家战略的重要因素,是加快体育产业发展的重要途径。在全民健身国建战略背景下从国家层面和群众自身层面分析形成新型体育消费观念的成因。并在此基础上全面把握全民健身国家战略背景下新型体育消费观就是以人为本的体育消费观、全民参与差异化的体育消费观、生态文明和体育协调可持续发展的体育消费观。Cultivating new concept of sports consumption is an important factor to promote and implement the National Fitness strategy and a key way to speeds up the development of sports industry. Under the background of the National Fitness strategy, this paper analyzed the reasons of the forming of new concept of sports consumption from aspects of country and mass themselves. On the basis of above analysis and overall grasping of the National Fitness strategy, the article points out the new concept of sports consumption is the concept of people-oriented sports consumption, the sports consumption concept of people participation differentiation, and the sports consumption concept of coordinated and sustainable development between ecological civilization and sports.
