摘 要:采用碘含量电位分析法进行了湿法磷酸萃取过程中开阳磷矿伴生碘的分布及富集状态研究。研究发现开阳磷矿石中碘平均质量分数为75 mg/kg,二水物湿法磷酸萃取过程中生产的稀磷酸中碘平均质量分数为38 mg/kg,浓磷酸中碘质量分数为1.5~28 mg/kg,氟硅酸中碘质量分数为21~30 mg/kg,萃取尾气中碘质量分数为0.07~17 mg/kg。该研究为开阳磷矿伴生碘回收工艺研究及装置工程化奠定了基础。Iodine content potential analytical method is utilized to study the distribution and concentration of associated iodine in Kailin rock phosphate during the extraction of wet-process phosphoric acid. The study indicates that the mean mass fraction of iodine in Kaiyang rock phosphate is 75 mg/kg,the mean mass fraction of iodine in dilute phosphoric acid produced from the extraction of dihydrate wet-process phosphoric acid is 38 mg/kg,the mass fraction of iodine in concentrated phosphoric acid is 1.5 ~ 28.0 mg/kg,the mass fraction of iodine in fluorosilicic acid is 21 ~ 30 mg/kg,and the mass fraction of iodine in extraction tailgas is 0.07 ~ 17.00 mg/kg. This study provides the basis for process study and plant engineering for the recovery of associated iodine in Kaiyang rock phosphate.
