摘　　要：基于采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障诊断技术的现状,分析采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障诊断的难点和特点及现有诊断方法的不足,提出振动检测方案,旨在利用可靠的研究成果来改善采煤机的工作环境和工作状况,减小采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障发生的概率。Based on lack of fault diagnosis of shearer rocker arm gear box of the present situation of fault diagnosis of gear box shearer rocker ann and the difficulties and characteristics of existing diagnostic methods, the vibration detection scheme, aims to improve the utilization of coal mining machine research and reliable working environment and working condition, reduce the probability of occurrence of shearer rocker arm gear box fault.
