摘  要:作为近后备保护,断路器失灵保护影响保护系统可靠性,现有研究中多被忽略。本文基于主保护和断路器失灵保护功能,计及被保护元件和断路器不同状态,提出考虑断路器失灵保护的保护系统可靠性评估模型。综合参数灵敏度算法和优化算法对定期检修周期(次数)进行了分析。由算例可以看出,计及断路器失灵保护后系统可靠性降低,因此只考虑主保护进行可靠性分析,其结果偏乐观。通过改变对保护系统可用度影响较大的转移率参数可提高系统可用度,在此基础上进行定检周期(次数)寻优,能更加有效地提高系统可靠性。As a local back-up protection,circuit breaker failure protection is important for the reliability of protectionsystem. However,it is often ignored in the existing studies.Based on the functions of the main protection system andthe circuit breaker failure protection system,and in light of different states of the protected components and the circuitbreaker,a reliability evaluation model of protection system is proposed considering the circuit breaker failure protection.By synthesizing the parameter sensitivity algorithm and optimization algorithm,routine test cycles(times)are ana-lyzed. The numerical results show that the system reliability decreases after the circuit breaker failure protection is con-sidered. Therefore,the result is over optimistic if only the main protection system is considered in the reliability analy-sis. The system availability can be improved by changing the parameters of transfer rates which have a more remarkableeffect on the availability of the protection system. On this basis,the routine test cycles(times)can be optimized to im-prove the system reliability more effectively.
