髋关节置换术后应用多功能防旋按摩装置的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察髋关节置换术后应用多功能防旋按摩装置的效果。方法 91例髋关节置换术后患者按入院日期先后使用单纯防旋鞋(对照组)或自制多功能防旋按摩装置(观察组),观察肿胀程度、舒适度、并发症等情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组术后患肢肿胀程度轻、麻木发生率低、住院时间短、住院费用少(P<0.01或0.05),未发生深静脉血栓。结论髋关节置换术后应用多功能防旋按摩装置可减轻患肢肿胀程度、增加舒适度、减少并发症。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of multifunctional anti-rotation massage device （MARMD） in patients with hip orthroplasty （HO）. Methods Ninety-one HO patients received anti-rotation shoes （control group） or MARMD （observation group） according to the date of admission. Postoperation limb swelling and comfortability, and complications were compared between both groups. Results Compared with control group, limb swelling and numb was mitigated, hospital stay shortened, hospitalized expense decreased （P〈0.01 or 0.05）, and deep vein thrombosis did not occur in observation group. Conclusion Postoperation use of MARMD can improve the limb swelling and comfortability and reduce the complications in HO patients.
