摘  要:目的了解医院获得性肺炎中肺炎克雷伯菌(KPN)分离株的耐药性及超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)。方法收集90株医院获得性肺炎KPN,采用全自动微生物分析仪检测抗菌药物敏感性和ESBL产生。结果 KPN对氨苄西林、头孢唑林、头孢他啶、头孢噻肟和四环素耐药率均超过50.0%。ESBL阳性KPN株占41.1%。ESBL阳性株对头孢唑林、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、环丙沙星和左旋氧氟沙星耐药率明显高于ESBL阴性株(P<0.05)。结论本地区医院获得性肺炎中KPN分离株耐药率和ESBL阳性率较高。Objective To investigate the drug resistance and extended spectrum β-1actamase (ESBL) of Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPN) isolated from hospital acquired pneumonia (HAP). Methods Antimicrobial susceptibility and ESBL production of KPN isolates from HAP were determined by automatic microbial analyzer. Results Resistant rates of KPN isolates were over 50.0% against ampicillin, cefazolin, cefotaxime, ceftazidime and tetracycline. ESBL-positive KPN accounted for 41.1%. The resistant rates against cefazolin, cefotaxime, ceftazidime, ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin were higher in ESBL-positive strains than in ESBL-negative strains (P〈0.05). Conclusion The resistant rates and ESBL-positivity of KNP isolates from HAP are higher in our district.
