摘　　要：在BIM技术的推动下,建筑行业正在面临深刻的变革。通过对传统建筑工程造价的分析,分析基于BIM的工程造价优势,然后阐述BIM对工程造价的影响。针对BIM在工程造价中的问题,提出相关建议。With the promoting of BIM technology,the construction industry is facing a profound change. Through the analysis of traditional engineering cost,the paper analyzes the advantages of engineering cost based on BIM,then expounds the impact of BIM on engineering cost. Aiming at the problems of BIM application in engineering cost,puts forward the relevant suggestions.
