摘  要:石油产品作为重要的能源物质,在我国需求量与储备量巨大。众多油库导致大量的呼吸损耗,不仅造成经济损失,还对环境和人类健康造成危害。目前关于油罐呼吸损耗的计算方式众多,在编制环评报告和环境评估中如何选取造成困难。以青岛市黄岛区某码头油库为例,计算不同类型柴油储罐3种计算方式下的损耗差异,探讨公式的适用性及计算准确度,并针对现实情况提出防治措施,为环评和环保工作提供参考。Petroleum products as an important energy source has huge demand and reserves in China. Many depots lead to a large number of respiratory losses, not only cause economic losses, but also harm the environment and human health. At present, there are many ways to calculate the respiration loss of the tank, which is difficult to choose when preparing the EIA and the environmental assessment. Huangdao oil depot was taken as an example, to calculate the different types of diesel tank loss differences with three different ways. To explore the applicability of the formula and the accuracy of the calculation, and put forward the prevention and control measures for the reality, to provide a reference for the EIA and environmental protection work.
