水泥窑协同处置危险废物环境评价标准的选用研究

摘  要:水泥窑协同处置固体废物以及替代原燃料应用是水泥工业绿色升级的重要方向。介绍了水泥窑协同处置危险废物项目在环境影响评价中污染物排放标准和环境空气质量标准的选取、环境空气现状监测及评价、卫生防护距离的确定方面存在的问题,提出环评中对污染因子标准的采用应严格按照环境质量标准及环保部门的具体要求执行,建议环保部门尽早完善、健全环境质量标准体系和监测体系,环评工作才能统一尺度,更好地为管理部门审批提供技术支持。Cement kiln co-disposal of solid waste and alternative raw fuel applications is an important cllrecuon Ior me green upgrade of the cement industry. Introduces the problems of the selection of pollutant discharge standards and ambient air quality standards, the monitoring and evaluation of ambient air status, and the identification of health protection distance in environmental impact assessment of hazardous waste project by cement kiln, put forward use of pollution standards in the EIA should be strictly in accordance with environmental quality standards and the imple- mentation of the specific requirements of environmental protection departments and it is recommended that the envi- ronmental protection departments improve as soon as possible the environmental quality standard system and monitor- ing system. So that EIA can be unified scale, better for the management department to provide technical support for approval.
