摘　　要：目的探析桡骨茎突切除术对陈旧性腕舟骨骨折术后腕关节功能恢复的影响。方法 2015年2月—2017年2月我院共收治陈旧性腕舟骨骨折患者80例,依照其入院次序将其分为对照组40例与观察组40例。对照组行切开复位内固定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加桡骨茎突切除术治疗,对2组患者腕关节恢复情况进行对比。结果对照组临床治疗优良率明显低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腕关节功能恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桡骨茎突切除术可促进陈旧性腕舟骨骨折术后腕关节的功能恢复,其临床价值值得肯定。Objective To explore the clinical effect of radial styloid process on the recovery of wrist function after the operation of old scaphoid fracture.Methods From February 2015 to February 2017,80 patients with old scaphoid fractures were divided into 40 control groups and 40 observation groups according to their admission order.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The observation group was treated with radial styloid process on the control group.The wrist joint recovery was compared between the two groups.Results From the study,we can see that the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05） in the clinical and excellent rate of the control group.In the recovery time of wrist joint,the observation group was significantly earlier than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Radial styloid process can promote the recovery of the wrist of the old scaphoid fracture,and its clinical value is worthy of affirmation.
