摘　　要：介绍295/80R22.5 18PR雪地全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 053 mm,断面宽305 mm,行驶面宽度255 mm,行驶面弧度高9 mm,胎圈着合直径570.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度255 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.13;采用变节距花纹设计,花纹深度20.5 mm,花纹周节数43,花纹饱和度69.8%。施工设计:胎面采用双复合挤出,胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1#带束层采用3×0.2+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2~#和3~#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,4~#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线;采用三鼓一次法成型机成型,双模热板式B型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求。The design on 295/80R22.5 18 PR truck and bus radial snow tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 053 mm,cross-sectional width 305 mm,width of running surface 255 mm,arc height of running surface 9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 255 mm,maximum width position of cross-section（H_1/H_2） 1.13,varied pitch pattern,pattern depth 20.5 mm,number of pattern pitch 43,and block/total ratio 69.8%. In construction design,the following processes were taken：co-extruded tread,0.25＋6＋12×0.225 HT steel cord for carcass,3×0.2＋6×0.35 HT steel cord for 1~# belt,3＋8×0.33 HT steel cord for 2~# and 3~# belt,5×0.35 HI steel cord for 4~# belt,using three-drum single-stage building machine to build tire and type-B hot plate curing press to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tires test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance performance reached the requirements of the design and national standards.
