摘 要:目的了解2015年昌平区志贺菌耐药状况及脉冲肠凝胶电泳(PFGE)特征。方法药敏实验按照美国临床实验室标准化协会推荐的K-B纸片法进行14种抗生素的敏感性分析;PFGE实验参照Pulse Net脉冲场凝胶电泳实验方法。结果药敏结果显示,志贺菌对氨苄西林、萘啶酸、复方新诺明、四环素类抗生素完全耐药,大部分菌株对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢烯类抗生素耐药或处于耐药和敏感之间。耐药谱分析显示,大部分志贺菌同时耐受抗生素种类为4~5类。PFGE分析发现,27株志贺菌具有13种PFGE带型,可分为A、B 2个聚类群,25株宋内志贺菌属于B群且菌株之间的相似系数为92%~100%。结论昌平区引起腹泻的志贺菌可能来源于亲缘关系很近的克隆系且多重耐药严重。Objective To understand the pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)molecular typing and antibiotic resistances of Shigella spp. Methods K-B method,which was recommended by Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute,was used to test the sensitivity of Shigella spp strains. PFGE was performed according to the Pulse Net protocol. Results According to drug sensitivity test,almost Shigella spp strains were complete resistance to ampicillin,nalidixic acid,trimethoprim/sulfa,tetracyclines and were resistance or intermediate to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and cephalosporins. By antibiotic profile analysis,most strains could resist at 4-5 kinds of antimicrobic agents. Thirteen PFGE patterns were found in 27 Shigella spp strains and could be divided into A,B clusters. 25 Shigella sonnei strains belong to cluster B with a similarity coefficient from 92% to 100%. Conclusion Shigella spp strains isolated from Changping district of Beijing showed a close relationship and multi-drug resistance of Shigella spp strains was a serious problem.
