摘  要:为了解我国合成云母产品质量现状,为其研究与应用提供科学依据,开展了我国主要产区工业级、珠光级、化妆品级等不同品级合成云母的重要物理化学性质及比较研究,结果表明:我国不同品级合成云母的主要化学成分基本相同,平均值为w(SiO_2)44.08%,w(MgO)24.80%,w(Al_2O_3)12.92%,w(K_2O)11.12%,w(F)6.65%;有害元素含量都很低,Pb+Cd平均值为0.42×10^(-6),其中化妆品级的Pb为0.05×10^(-6),明显低于珠光级和工业级;室温~1 000℃,不同品级合成云母除吸附水外几乎没有热失重,热稳定性能好;白度平均值高达98.87%,其中化妆品级>珠光级>工业级;电阻率基本相同,其体积电阻率和表面电阻率平均值分别为1.79×10~9Ω·cm和1.86×10~9Ω,绝缘性能优异;除电阻率相当外,我国合成云母的物理化学性质都明显优于天然白云母和金云母。In order to understand the quality of synthetic mica in China and provide a scientific basis for its research and application, the physical-chemical properties of various grades of syn- thetic mica, such as industry grade,pearly-lustre grade and cosmetic grade from different produc- tion regions are studied. It shows that synthetic mica of various grades almost has the same main chemical components,the average values of w(SiO2) is 44.08% ,w(MgO) is 24. 80% ,w(Al2O3) is 12.92%,w(KzO) is 11.12% ,w(F) is 6.65%. The contents of harmful elements in synthetic mica are very low,the average value of Pbq-Cd is 0.42× 10-6 ,and the average value of Pb in cos- metic grade is 0.05 × 10-6 , significantly lower than that in jewelry grade and industry grade. When heated from room temperature to 1 000 ℃, synthetic mica of various grades present good thermal stability and do not lose weight except weight loss caused by absorbed water. The aver- age value of whiteness is 98.87 %, while cosmetic grade〉 pearly-lustre grade〉 industry grade. The resistivity of synthetic mica are almost the same, and the average values of the volume resis- tivity and surface resistivity are 1.79 × 109 Ω cm and 1.86 × 109 Ω respectively,manifesting ex- cellent electric insulating properties. Beside resistivity, other physical-chemical properties of syn- thetic mica are much better than those of natural muscovite and phlogopite.
