摘　　要：基于有限理性和不完全信息假设,建立政府-企业-学研方的三方演化博弈模型,研究产学研协同创新体系中资源共享行为的内在决策机理。通过分析不同策略组合下的成本与收益情况,探寻影响双方资源共享的关键制约因素,给出不同条件下各参与主体的演化稳定策略,并利用三维立体图阐释策略演化路径规律。以此为基础,提出促进产学研协同创新资源共享的对策建议。This paper builds a trilateral evolutionary game model for governments, enterprises, universities and research institutes under the postulate of bounded rationality and incomplete information, in order to investigate the inner decision mechanism of the resource sharing behavior in industry-univemity-research collaborative innovation system. Through analyzing their respective cost and profit under different strategy combinations, the paper tries to explore the key factors that restricted the resource sharing behavior. Then the evolutionary stable strategies of the three players are given under different conditions, and three dimensional stereograms are provided to explain the strategy evolution path law. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward to promote the resource sharing behavior of industry-university- research collaborative innovation.
