摘　　要：为完善支持雾霾防治类中小企业技术创新政策,有效防治雾霾污染,将我国支持雾霾防治类中小企业技术创新政策体系分为财政、税收、金融、技术、人才和公共服务几个部分,探讨支持雾霾防治类中小企业技术创新政策的积极作用,分析这类政策目前存在的财政支持不足、税收政策不完善、金融扶持政策缺乏针对性、技术政策落实不到位、人才激励政策有缺陷、国际合作技术创新政策缺位等问题,并针对这些问题给出相应的解决方案。It is important for effectively controlling haze pollution to improve and perfect policies for supporting the technology innovation of middle and small-sized haze control enterprises in China. This paper divides the policy system for supporting the technology innovation of middle and small-sized haze control enterprises in China into several parts, including fiscal policy, tax policy, finance policy, technology policy, talent policy and public service policy; discusses the active role of policies for supporting the technology innovation of middle and small-sized haze control enterprises; analyzes the problem of policies for supporting the technology innovation of middle and smallsized haze control enterprises, such as lack of the fiscal support, imperfect tax policy, lack of pertinence of finance support policy, ineffective technology pohcy, imperfect talent incentive policy and absence of international cooperation technology innovation policy, then puts forwards some solutions for solving these problems.
