摘 要:随着我国区域森林资源利用结构失宜、科技创新与转化水平低弱、资源竞争持续激化、环境污染迟滞控制,林业生态安全受到严重威胁,运用压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型及熵值法构建我国林业生态安全指标体系,并对我国31个省(区、市)2005—2015年期间林业生态安全预警情况进行分析。研究结果表明:在研究期间内,我国林业生态安全预警指数略有波动,但总体趋于弱稳定上升态势;林业生态安全压力与响应指数表现为空间离散性,状态指数呈现东优西劣特点;林业生态安全不同层级危机的凸显归因于营造林技术、生物综合防治技术、沙漠化综合防治技术、林产加工品绿色化技术的弱化。With the loss of the structure of forest resources, the low level of scientific and technological innovation and transformation, the continuous intensification of resource competition and the hysteresis control of environmental pollution in China have caused serious threat to forestry ecological security. Using PSR model and entropy method to construct the index system of forestry ecological security in China, and to analyze the warning of forestry ecological security in 31 provinces (cities, districts) of China during the past 2005--2015 years. The results show that the forewarning index of forestry ecological security in China fluctuates slightly during the study period, but the overall tends to increase. Forestry ecological security pressure and response index showed spatial dispersion and the state index showed the characteristics of "The east has an advantage over the west". Forestry ecological security highlighted the crises at different levels which can be attributed to the weakening of the following technologies including forestry technology, biological comprehensive control technology, desertification comprehensive control technology,, and green technology in forest product processing.
