摘  要:随着我国科学技术的不断改进和发展,低温甲醇洗工艺技术也取得了进一步的提升,尽管其应用效果与以前相比已经得到很大程度的改善,但是在能耗方面还有待改进,利用硫化氢脱除工艺能实现CO2的二次循环利用,进而达到减少甲醇循环量,降低整个生产过程总能耗的目的。因此,针对低温甲醇洗工艺节能优化进行了分析和探究。With the continuous improvement and development of science and technology in China, low-temperature methanol washing technology has also been further improved, although its application effect has been greatly improved compared with the previous, but also need to be improved in terms of energy consumption, The use of hydrogen sulfide removal process can achieve CO2 secondary recycling, and thus to reduce the amount of methanol circulation, reducing the total energy consumption of the entire production process purposes.This paper analyzes and explores the energy saving optimization of low temperature methanol washing process.
