摘　　要：抽油泵是游梁式抽油机采油系统的重要组成部分,通过抽油泵活塞的上下往复运动,将井内的液体开采到地面。为了提高抽油泵的泵效,应分析影响泵效的因素,采取必要的技术措施,达到油田生产的最佳效率,不断满足油田生产的需求。The oil pump is an important part of the oil recovery system of the beam pumping unit.The fluid in the well is mined to the ground through the reciprocating motion of the pump piston.In order to improve the pump efficiency of the pump, analyze the factors that affect the pump efficiency, take the necessary technical measures to achieve the best efficiency of oilfield production, and continuously meet the needs of oilfield production.
