摘　　要：化学检测实验室安全是保障检测工作正常开展、提高检测质量的根本因素.实验室安全体系的构建,需要改变以往被动接受管理的模式,而是秉承以人为本的核心理念,主动采取安全管理措施,为构建安全、友好、高效的化学检测实验室创造良好的管理环境。the chemical testing laboratory safety is the fundamental factor to guarantee the detection of normal development, improve the quality of detection, construction of laboratory safety system, need to change the passive management mode, but adhering to the people-oriented concept, take active measures of safety management, to create a good environment for the management of chemical testing laboratory to build a safe, friendly and efficient.
