摘　　要：聚乙烯、环氧粉末、共聚物胶黏剂是三层PE防腐层的主要组成部分,抗阴极剥离以及耐腐蚀是三层PE防腐层的主要特征。在生产的整个过程当中,必需要保证每一道生产工艺都符合标准,确保每一道生产工序的质量都得到了严格的控制,这样才可以保证防腐层的整体质量。对防腐层的原材料以及相关实验所涉及到的材料,都要经过严格的筛选和检验,防腐材料之间需要调整相应的匹配性,确保匹配性范围符合才可以应用。Polyethylene, epoxy powder, copolymer adhesive, these are the main components of three-layer PE coating, anti- cathode stripping and corrosion resistance is the main feature of three-layer PE coating.In the whole process of production, it is necessary to ensure that every production process is in line with the standards to ensure that the quality of each production process has been strictly controlled, so as to ensure the overall quality of the coating.The coating of raw materials and related experiments related to the material, have to undergo a rigorous screening and testing, anti-corrosion materials need to adjust the corresponding matching between the match to ensure that the match can be applied.
