摘  要:通过分析阳极极化电位-时间曲线、Cl^-固结能力、水泥净浆的pH值来研究煅烧水滑石(CLDH)对海水海砂混凝土护筋性的影响,并与矿渣和粉煤灰进行比较。此外,还研究了煅烧水滑石对海水海砂混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明,煅烧水滑石、矿渣、粉煤灰单掺掺量分别为6%、50%、20%时,海水海砂混凝土护筋性较好,Cl^-固结能力较好。护筋性与Cl^-固结能力呈现出良好的相关性。矿物掺合料掺量越高,水泥净浆pH越低;煅烧水滑石掺量越高,水泥净浆pH越高。改善海水海砂混凝土护筋性的能力依次为:煅烧水滑石>矿渣>粉煤灰,矿物掺合料对护筋性的影响十分有限。煅烧水滑石降低海水海砂混凝土的3d强度,但可增加海水海砂混凝土28d强度。The effect of CLDH (Calcined Layerd Double Hydrixide) on rebar-protecting properties of seawater-seasand concrete was studied by analyzing curve of rebar polarization and time, chloride ion combination, pH value of cement paste and compared with the effect of slag and fly ash. In addition, the mechanical properties of seawater-seasand concrete are also studied. The results show that when the CLDH content is 6%, the slag content is 50% and the fly ash content is 20%, rebar- protecting properties of seawater-seasand concrete is relatively superior, chloride ion combination is relatively superior. There is the good correlation between chloride ion combination and rebar-protecting properties.The more admixture content, the lower pH value of cement paste; The more CLDH content,the higher pH value of cement paste.The ability of improvement of rebar-protecting properties is in sequence of CLDH〉slag〉fly ash, the admixture has limited improvement on the rebar-protecting properties. CLDH can decrease the 3d strength of seawater-seasand concrete, but increase its 28d strength.
