摘 要:为了探寻有助于提升海滨锦葵种子耐盐性能的辐射剂量,为发展其在盐碱地中的种植提供建议,应用辐射诱变技术,研究经不同剂量的^(60)Co-γ射线辐射处理的海滨锦葵种子在不同浓度NaCl胁迫条件下的萌发特性,比较不同处理下的种子在NaCl胁迫下的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数。结果表明,在未经NaCl胁迫下,辐照处理可以提高海滨锦葵种子发芽率,但在NaCl胁迫下,辐照处理降低了种子的发芽率;适宜剂量的辐射可以提高盐胁迫下海滨锦葵种子的发芽势和发芽指数,即提高海滨锦葵种子在盐胁迫条件下的发芽速度和整齐度。The purpose of the study was to select the optimal radiation dosage, which was important to improve the salt resistance of Kosteletzkya virginica L. seed, and to provide guidance for the development of artificial cultivation of licorice in saline-alkali desert soil.Radiation induced mutation technology was used to investigate the germination pattern of Kosteletzkya virginica L. seed under different concentration of NaCl stress after^(60)Co-γ radiation with different doses. The seed germination rate, germination potential and germination index under different concentration of NaCl stress were compared. The results showed that under the condition of no NaCl stress, the germination rate of the Kosteletzkya virginica L. seeds was improved by irradiation, but under NaCl stress, the germination rate of seeds was decreased by irradiation. The appropriate radiation dose could increase the germination potential and germination index and improve the germination speed and uniformity of the Kosteletzkya virginica L. seeds under salt stress.
