摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法测定了山西省23个产地野生黄芩根中主要有效成分黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素的含量。结果表明,23个产地野生黄芩根中主要有效成分含量差异明显,黄芩苷的含量为8.19%~14.43%,黄芩素的含量为0.62%~1.63%,汉黄芩素的含量为0.17%~0.58%。在23个产地中,产自吕梁市中阳县武家庄镇刘家圪垛村的野生黄芩根中黄芩苷含量最高,为14.43%;产自临汾市安泽县府城镇刘寨村的野生黄芩根中黄芩素的含量最高,为1.63%;产自晋中市寿阳县平头镇罕山村的野生黄芩根中汉黄芩素含量最高,为0.58%;除了忻州市忻府区阳坡乡高灌村外,其余22个产地的野生黄芩根中的黄芩苷含量均符合《中国药典》规定的干燥品中不低于9.0%的标准。The contents of baicalin, baicalein and wogonin in the roots of wild Scutellaria baicalensis from 23 areas of Shanxi were determined by HPLC. The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of effective ingredients in the roots of wild Scutellaria baicalensis. The content of baicalin was 8.19%-14.43%, the content of baicalein was 0.62%-1.63%, the content of wogonin was 0.17%-0.58%. In the 23 producing areas of Shanxi province, the content of baicalin in wild Scutellaria baicalensis root in Liujiageduo village of Wujiazhuang town, Zhongyang county, Lüliang city was 14.43%, it was the highest, the content of baicalein in Liuzhai village of Fucheng town, Anze county, Linfen city was the highest was 1.63%. The content of wogonin in wild Scutellaria baicalensis root in Hanshan village of Pingtou town, Shouyang county, Jinzhong city, was 0.58%, it was the highest. In addition to the Gaoguan village in Yangpo township of Xinzhou Xinfu district, the content of baicalin in the remaining 22 areas were in accordance with the regulations of the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" standard of no less than 9.0% of specified dried products.
