兴唐寺景区不同游道距离植物群落特征分析

摘　　要：以山西省太岳山兴唐寺景区为研究样点,通过野外调查和土壤取样,用R语言做相关分析,对植物群落物种多样性进行研究。结果表明,与距离游道近的区域相比,距离游道远的区域植物科、属、种的数目基本呈下降趋势,χ2检验降低幅度不显著(P>0.05);随着游道距离的增加,物种丰富度指数、多样性指数和均匀度指数均呈现出先升高后下降的变化趋势,优势度指数相反,研究结果符合中度干扰假说;不同游道距离乔木层和灌木层变化不大,草本层变化较为明显;不同干扰强度对土壤理化性质有一定影响,土壤理化性质的变化在一定程度上也改变了群落的物种多样性。土壤因子与物种多样性之间的关系表明,土壤有机质与Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou指数均呈显著正相关。To bring about the benifits of the environmental protection and the management, sample-plot survey and soil sampling analysis were carried out in Xingtang temple of Taiyue Mountains of the Shanxi province, species diversity had applied as a measure. The results showed that compared with thearea near the road, the number of plants family, genera and species basically tended to be decreasing in the area far away from the road. Overall, the difference was not significant（P0.05）by using χ2. With the increase of the road distance, richness index, diversity index and the evenness index firstly increased and then decreased, while species dominancy showed a contrary tendency with the change pattern of richness index, Shannon-Wiener index and the evenness index, which was comply with intermediate disturbance hypothesis. The impact of different road distance on trees and shrub layer wasn＇t obvious, on the herb layer the impact was relatively evident. The soil was affected by different intensity disturbance, to some extent the changes of physicochemical factors of soil influenced the species diversity of communities. The result of correlations coefficients of species index and soil factors demonstrated that organic matter had a significant positive correlation with the Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index.
