摘 要:人工授精技术在种鸡场普遍使用,在稳定受精率的同时也增加了劳动强度。母鸡具有长时间储存精子并保有受精的能力,从而可以达到延长鸡输精间隔时间的目的,进而取得更好的经济效益。研究以矮小褐壳蛋鸡为试验材料,探究输精量以及稀释精液与母鸡持续受精时间是否相互关联。结果显示:输精无论采用原精液还是稀释精液,当精液量达到一定水平后,再增大精液量,也不能提高母鸡的受精率,以及延长母鸡受精持续时间。当精子数量一定时,精液稀释对母鸡受精率和受精持续时间的影响不显著。表明输精量和精液稀释都不是导致母鸡具有长时间储存精子并保有受精能力的原因。The technique of artificial insemination is commonly used in breeder farms, which can increase the labor intensity while stabilizing the fertility. Hens are able to store sperm for a long time and keep their fertilization ability, so that they can achieve the purpose of extending chicken insemination interval, and thus achieve better economic benefits. In this study, we used the dwarf brown-shell laying hens as the experimental materials to explore whether there was a relationship between insemination dose, diluted semen and the duration of continuous fertilization of hen. The results showed that when the semen volume reached a certain level, the fertilization rate of hen did not improve as insemination dose increase, whether original semen or diluted semen. The result suggested that the fertilization duration of ben was not extended. When the sperm count was same, diluted semen had no significant influence on fertilization rate and fertilization duration of hen. It's concluded that insemination dose and semen dilution dno't result in the ability of hen to store sperm and maintain its fertilization capacity.
