摘　　要：档案人员培训是档案管理队伍建设的重要途径,是提高档案管理水平与档案工作效率的重要措施。档案培训机构要从贯彻党和国家档案工作方针政策与满足档案人员的培训需求两个角度切入,建设适应区域档案人员群体需要的培训师资队伍,采取网上网下培训相结合、专业教育和个体建构相结合的灵活方式,开展针对档案工作实情和档案人员需要的培训活动,促进档案人员优化专业理念和素质、更新专业知识、提高专业能力,引领和促进档案人员的专业成长。Archivists training is an important way of constructing the archives management teams, and is a significant step to improve the standard and efficiency of archives management. Archives training institutions should implement the party and state policies in archives and meet the requirements of archives personnel training so as to construct training team that can adapt to the needs of archives personnel. Based on the actual situation and archives personnel demands, by means of both professional education and individual construction with online and offline training, the work should be carried out to promote archivist to optimize the professional concept and quality, renew professional knowledge and improve professional ability, thereby guiding and promoting the professional development of archives personnel.
