摘 要:目的:探讨对于血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者采用利拉鲁肽治疗后对其胰岛β细胞功能和血糖波动的影响情况。方法:回顾性分析2013年10月~2015年10月在我院就诊的74例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机原则采用随机数字表法平均分为两组,对照组37例给予胰岛素联合口服降糖药物治疗,观察组37例在此基础上予以利拉鲁肽治疗,就两组治疗前后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)以及日间血糖平均绝对差(MDDD)进行比较。结果:治疗后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、Hb Alc、HOMA-β、MAGE以及MDDD改善程度均明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);同时观察组治疗12周后体重、BMI相比对照组有明显下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病,可以在原有治疗基础上加用利拉鲁肽稳定血糖,降低血糖波动幅度,同时还可以有效减少胰岛素用量,大幅改善胰岛G细胞的功能。Objective: To discuss the influence of lalu peptide on insulin 13 function and blood glucose fluctuation of patients with diabetes Ⅱ and poor control on blood glucose. Method: 74 cases of patients with diabetes Ⅱ from October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received insulin with oral hypoglycemic drugs, while the observation group received lalu peptide treatment on that basis. The blood glucose, HbAlc, HOMA-β, MAGE, and MDDD of both groups were observed and compared. Results: After treatment, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, HbMc, HOMA-β, MAGE, and MDDD were significantly better than the control group, with significant difference (P〈0.05); At the same time, the weight and BMI of the observation group 12 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than the control group. The difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Lalu peptide can be used for patients with diabetes Ⅱ and poor glycemic control, to reduce blood glucose fluctuation, effectively reduce insulin to improve the function of insulin G cell.
