摘　　要：分析了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司影响高炉喷吹高比例烟煤的生产因素,煤粉作业区采取了一系列防火防爆、生产操作及工艺改进措施后,实现了制粉喷吹系统在烟煤比例达66%时能稳定运行的生产实绩,生产成本降低300多万元。The production influencing factors of injecting bituminous coal with high proportion into BF of Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., were analyzed. After the series of measures such as the fire and explosion prevention, improving the production operation and technology were taken in the pulverized coal operating zone,the injecting amount of pulverized coal with adding as high as 66% bituminous coal by the coal-pulverizing injecting system could be achieved while the coal-pulverizing injecting system was still in stable operation and the production cost was cut down by more than 3 million yuan RMB.
