摘  要:根据鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司超低碳钢的生产实践,结合超低碳IF钢在RH-TB真空处理过程中的脱碳机理,分析了钢水温降、吹氧升温参数、钢包底吹氩流量和钢水取样器等工艺因素对RH精炼钢水脱碳效果的影响。实践表明,采取控制出钢温度、优化吹氧参数、RH处理过程钢包底吹氩和改进取样器措施后,RH-TB精炼时间缩短了5 min,精炼结束钢水碳含量0.002 0%以下的比例由71%提高至95%。According to the production practice of ultra-low carbon steel in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the effect of such process factors as temperature falling of molten steel,parameters with blowing oxygen for increasing temperature, argon flow by ladle bottom-blowing and sampling device for molten steel on decarburization efficiency of molten steel refined in RH was analyzed based on the decarburization mechanism of ultra-low carbon IF molten steel during vacuum treatment in RH-TB. The industrial test results showed that after taking such measures as controlling tapping temperature, optimizing oxygen blowing parameters, blowing argon at the bottom of ladle during treatment in RH and upgrading the sampling device, the refining time in RH-TB was shortened by 5 minutes and the ratio of carbon content in molten steel less than 0.002 0% was increased to 95% from 71%.
