小青矿选煤厂S4仓下带式输送机的设计与应用

摘　　要：针对小青矿选煤厂S4仓下带式输送机制约洗中块地销的问题,基于现场调研制定带式输送机设计方案,并依据相关方案进行设计与安装。生产实践表明:S4仓下带式输送机的设计完全满足生产要求,能够实现洗中块的快速、及时装车;2016年地销洗中块的数量明显提高,成功提高了商品煤销售的灵活性,并创造了较好的经济效益。The local marketing of the medium-sized clean coal is subject to the restrictions imposed by the inapplicability of the belt conveyor under the bunker S4.Based on the result of analysis of the operating conditions on site,a scheme for the redesign of the conveyor is worked out,and the conveyor is installed by following design-related procedures.Practice shows that the design of the conveyor can fully cater to the needs for rapid and timely loading of medium-sized clean coal.In 2016 the volume of such coal sold to local users was appreciably increased,creating,therefore,a favourable economic benefit for the plant because of successful enhancement of flexibility in marketing of saleable coal products.
