摘　　要：为了进一步降低汾西矿业集团公司各选煤厂的矸石带煤率,在对原煤准备系统、主选系统分选设备分析的基础上,从洗选工艺、分选设备、管理制度三方面着手,有针对性地探索解决方案,目的是降低矸石带煤率,为企业经济经济、社会效益、环保效益的共赢奠定物质基础。In order to further reduce the rate of loss of coal in refuse,a trouble generally found in individual coal preparation plants of Fenxi Mining Group,an investigation is conducted of the schemes for specifically tackling this problem based on the result of analysis of the process equipment used in both raw coal pretreatment and primary washing systems.The investigation is made proceeding from 3 aspects,i.e.coal cleaning process,separating equipment and quality control,so as to provide a material basis for each plant to obtain economical,social and environmental protection benefits through reduction of loss of coal in refuse.
