摘  要:海藻酸铜纤维属海藻纤维的一种,具有吸湿能力强、阻燃、抗菌抑菌等特点,与棉纤维混纺将有助于改善该纤维的可纺性,并提高棉纤维制品的抗菌抑菌功能,提升产品品质与附加值。对棉、海藻酸铜纤维混纺工艺进行研究,并确定合理的工艺参数制定原则,同时开发了不同含量的海藻酸铜纤维混纺色纺纱,完成了纱线性能质量分析,表明海藻酸铜纤维混纺纱具有良好的抗菌抑菌功能,且高比例的海藻酸铜纤维混纺纱具有较好的保暖特性。Copper alginate fiber is one of alginate fibers, which has strong moisture absorption ability, flame retardant property and antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties. Blended spinning with cotton fiber is helpful to improve the spinnability of the fiber, enhance the antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties of cotton fiber products and boost the product quality and added value. The blended spinning technology of cotton/copper alginate fiber was studied, the reasonable parameter-deciding principles were fixed, blended colored yams with different copper alginate fiber content were developed, analysis of yam performance quality was finished, showing that the yam had good antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties and yarn with high proportional copper alginate fiber had better warm retention property.
